Sample of Coaching in Practice
- Intro conversation – collaborate to set goals for the partnership (each session will focus on one area of instruction or management).
- Instructional observation (in person or recorded)
- Coaching conversation with feedback within two days of observation
- Repeat for 6 weeks or more
